About The Events
“Liverpool Singer/songwriter Liam Sweeney will be showcasing brand material aswell as promoting upcoming release ‘Windy Harbour.
With narrative, poetic story telling and imagery in his lyrics, his songs draw inspiration from classic film and literature creating themes within his songs. Hints of folk and classic rock influences, Liam aims to create a feel of nostalgia in his music, also with the intention of creating a unique and modern sound”
Supporting Liam will be Aimée Britannia.
Aimée Britannia is a 22 year old singer, songwriter, producer and pianist. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa but currently living in Liverpool, UK, Aimée expresses her unique upbringing through music, mixing her African origin with English influence to create a futuristic fusion of melodic trap, hip hop, electronic and dream pop.
Aimée’s latest self-produced album “Kukuda”, translating to “Love” in Shona, symbolises a cycle of love, social justice & spiritual awakening.
Supporting Liam will also be Simon Paul Crabb.

This is a unique gig experience that puts you at the heart of the artist’s performance. Due to this we have a minimal talking/phone use policy during performances. Any unnecessary noise during performances will result in you being asked to leave the event. We thank you for helping us to create a listening environment and respecting the artists.
No under 18s allowed.
Doors open at 19:00 and the show starts shortly after.
A large proportion of the revenue raised from ticket sales is returned to the artists as payment for their talent and musicianship.
Prohibition Recording Studios prides itself in having musical integrity on behalf of ourselves and the artists.
Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis and are non-refundable.
We politely ask all guests to arrive within 45 minuites of the door opening time to ensure performances are not disturbed. Once performances start, our doors will be closed.

Ticket sales end at 12pm on the day of the event – No tickets will be available on the door unless specified by Prohibition Recording Studios.

Note: There is limited seating at the venue – to avoid disappointment, please arrive for the event start time, which coincides with the doors opening. There are steps on entry to the building, so we are very sorry, but unfortunately due to restrictions of the building management we cannot offer a ramp for wheelchair users at this time. There may be a small card processing fee, unfortunately Prohibition Recording Studios cannot control this. We absorb all other fees where possible.
